That it is normal for it to feel hard. That consistency is so important and it’s really hard to come back after you stopped. Much easier to keep going. That hitting a particular pace doesn’t make you a runner, I think I thought I was too slow for a long time. But I also wish I’d known the journey it would take me on, the people I’d meet and how much I’d learn about myself and my limits. 💛
