Learning to reframe is an important aspect of 2025 running for me. Certainly not hitting the times I did before, but using all that experience to make sure I can be the best runner I can be today. Being present, is how I reframe it, and get the best out of every training session or run. Also, mixing up the training, adequately resting and preparing, so that the long run, which is the bit I want to enjoy, becomes the best bit of the week. Thanks for your thoughts, helpful as ever to make sense of mine.
