I’m learning to internalise my age graded scores, to get personal satisfaction (or not). I remind myself that gen z will get old one day, by which time they will probably have to race their AI version of their younger selves. Then they’ll understand aging is a process we all have to come to terms with. 🤣

I found slowing with age SO difficult to accept at an emotional level. Very disappointing.
